Amah Mutsun Land Trust works to return and strengthen indigenous knowledge and stewardship to the lands of Popeloutchom, the traditional lands of the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. AMLT provides work opportunities in AMLT’s stewardship areas, the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas, that are meaningful and fulfilling. We are currently seeking candidates to fill three new positions on our team.

We're hiring a Director of Finance and Operations to support Indigenous-led land stewardship, cultural revitalization, and sacred site protection across Amah Mutsun and Awaswas territory. This is a powerful leadership opportunity for someone with nonprofit finance and operations experience, especially Tribal members, to strengthen the movement for justice, healing, and care for Mother Earth.
