Amah Mutsun Land Trust works to return and strengthen indigenous knowledge and stewardship to the lands of Popeloutchom, the traditional lands of the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. AMLT provides work opportunities in AMLT’s stewardship areas, the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas, that are meaningful and fulfilling. We are currently seeking candidates to fill four new positions on our team.

Join Amah Mutsun Land Trust as our Controller and play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial foundation of a growing, mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to Indigenous land stewardship and cultural revitalization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to oversee accounting operations, guide a collaborative finance team, and provide strategic insights that fuel the organization’s expanding impact. We’re seeking an experienced nonprofit finance professional who is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and inspired to support the Tribe’s sacred obligation to care for Mother Earth.
