We are proud to announce that the Amah Mutsun will be sharing their environmental management practices and stewardship of Mother Earth during a lecture at the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History on November 8th at 7pm. Tribal Chairman Valentin Lopez and Research Associate Sara French will be discussing the conservation and restoration of the lands within the tribal territories of Santa Cruz and surrounding areas. These two dedicated and passionate speakers will bring to light the way that history, research and innovative partnerships have all assisted our tribal band in the relearning of traditional ecological knowledge. Please join us in attendance at the museum starting at 6:45pm and support our efforts to continuously spread the awareness of the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. Ho!
