Cultural Burning Program
The Cultural Burning program restores the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band’s relationship to fire by building partnerships with other prescribed fire and cultural burning practitioners, and training tribal members as wildland fire fighters so that the Amah Mutsun can revitalize cultural burning within Mutsun and Awaswas territories.
